Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and applies to users who purchase or use the paid membership service of BAST TEXTILES. Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms of Service.

By purchasing the membership service, you agree to this Agreement.

Membership benefits are as published in real time on the "Membership & Pricing" page and currently include: higher publishing quotas (100 products / 100 demands), unlimited inquiries and quotations, 24 months of price history, international market channels, a member badge and a larger weekly points grant.

We may improve or adjust benefits from time to time (adding or changing them). Changes will be announced on the page in advance; during your current service period, your existing benefits will not be reduced.

Membership benefits are bound to your account and may not be transferred, shared or resold to any third party.

Membership is priced by region (Chinese mainland / Europe / other regions). Limited-time offers and launch promotions (such as 1–6 months of free membership by registration order during the launch period) are as published on the page. Other regions are settled in local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

Two payment methods are supported: Stripe online payment (bank card, with automatic activation/renewal) and manual confirmation (pay as instructed and upload proof; activation within 1-2 business days after verification).

Users in mainland China are recommended to pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay (available in Stripe Checkout): lower fees, no foreign-currency card required, and no chargeback risk.

We are not responsible for activation delays caused by unclear payment proof you provide.

Membership fees, once received and activated, are in principle non-refundable, except:

① if benefits cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to the Platform, a pro-rata refund for the unused period will be made; ② mistaken or duplicate payments will be fully refunded upon verification; ③ memberships obtained free during promotions are not subject to any refund.

If your account is terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, paid membership fees will not be refunded.

The membership term runs from the activation date, as recorded by the system. Membership does not renew automatically; upon expiry your account reverts to free-tier benefits.

We will remind you to renew via on-site notification and email 15 days, 7 days and on the day before expiry; reminders stop once renewal is completed.

Renewals made during an active term extend the term cumulatively from the original expiry date.

Earning points: the Platform grants points weekly (100 for non-members, 500 for members); publishing products/demands, sending inquiries and sharing also earn points.

Spending points: the AI assistant and publishing beyond free quotas consume points per the rules. Points are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred or sold.

Purchasing points: only members may purchase points packs (currently ¥100 / $15 / €13 for 1,200 points, priced by region as published on the page); points are credited immediately upon successful payment. Points packs are virtual benefits and are non-refundable once credited; mistaken or duplicate purchases may be refunded upon verification provided the purchased points remain unused.

Points are cleared on a cycle: non-member accounts are cleared weekly and member accounts monthly. If a membership expires without renewal, the weekly (non-member) clearing rule applies from expiry; unused purchased points are still subject to the clearing rule then in effect.

Points obtained by cheating will be zeroed and may affect account standing.

If we change or discontinue the membership service, we will announce it on the website 30 days in advance; service periods purchased before the announcement are unaffected or refunded pro-rata.

We may terminate membership service without refund for accounts in serious breach (see the enforcement clause of the Terms of Service).

The liability, privacy, governing law and dispute resolution provisions of the Terms of Service apply equally to this Agreement (Hong Kong law; HKIAC arbitration).

This Agreement is executed in Chinese and English; in case of discrepancy, the English text prevails. Effective date: 12 August 2026.
